Instead, he directs the attention to people as \u201cthe centre of everything\u201d and states that \u201din a high-trust environment, the impossible becomes possible, whereas, in a low-trust environment, the possible becomes impossible.\u201d Gevers also agrees with Warren Buffet\u2019s approach to investment, namely that business success depends on the people involved, their \u201cintegrity, intelligence, and energy\u201d in particular.
